Tomm Moore (born January 7, 1977) is an Irish Illustrator, comic artist and filmmaker. He is co-founder of Cartoon Saloon, an animation studio and production company, based in Kilkenny, Ireland, and his first feature film, The Secret of Kells, was a co-production by Cartoon Saloon, Le Armateurs, Vivi FIlm and France 2 Cinéma. Moore co-directed the film with Nora Twomey and was written by Frabice Ziolkowski, from Moore's story.
